Here at New Planner Recruiting, we recently celebrated our 10-year anniversary, and wanted to take a moment and thank you for your continued support over the years. When Michael and I had the initial thoughts for New Planner Recruiting, and began to lay the groundwork all the way back in 2009, one of our biggest unknowns was whether we would be able to convince cost-conscious financial planners, like us, to pay for something they could probably do on their own, at least if they had the time and inclination. As it turns out, that wasn’t the hurdle, as many advisory firm business owners like you have recognized that it’s more efficient for the business for you to focus on what you do best, and let us do what we do best. Accordingly, we are proud to announce that, except for one year, we have had increases in the number of firm inquiries, candidate inquiries, revenue, and placements, in every year since our founding ten years ago.
