We are not a web clearinghouse nor are we a mark and move head hunter firm where quick transactions often leave the client with just a warm body, not necessarily a good fit, and the head hunter a big commission. Furthermore this fee structure reduces conflicts that are associated with percentage of 1st year’s salary that most head hunters charge.
