Entry Level Hiring
Our firm specializes in placing students (undergraduate/graduate/career changer) enrolled in CFP Board registered programs, candidates for CFP® certification, and CFP® practitioners for professional positions (usually 0-5 years experience) that will develop into the lead client planner role within financial planning firms nationwide. Our mission is to help financial planning business owners leverage their time by finding, selecting, and securing quality talent to help them grow, and to ensure that quality new financial planners are able to find employment that fits their unique talents and skills, in pursuit of securing mutual success for the business owner and new planner.
We are not a web clearinghouse nor are we a mark and move head hunter firm where quick transactions often leave the client with just a warm body, not necessarily a good fit, and the head hunter a big commission. We operate on a flat fee arrangement to eliminate the conflicts most recruiters face when charging a percentage of salary. Our comprehensive engagement fee ranges from $8,000 - $12,000 and is based on the experience, credentialing, and skill set you seek in a candidate.
